Monel Alloy Plate

Monel alloy is a precipitation hardened nickel copper aluminum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and higher strength and hardness, surpassing other nickel copper alloys in performance. By adding titanium and aluminum elements, the tensile strength of K500 is twice that of K400 alloy, and the yield strength is three times that of 400 alloy. This high strength can be maintained up to 649 ℃, and when the temperature drops to -240 ℃, the material still exhibits ductility and toughness.
